    “Be a bigger vessel,” says the pregnant woman…that gave me a chuckle. I like this idea, though. Yes we need to empty ourselves of certain thoughts and patterns, but there’s no point in being empty for emptiness’ sake. We need to fill that space up with something good.

    I am so glad I found you, Jen. I had no idea when I got a trial subscription to Stay-At-Home-Yoga with the Healthy Living Bundle last year that it would be the best part of the deal for me. I was just thinking I’d be able to do the odd yoga class at home while my husband was travelling and I couldn’t get out to a “real” class. Instead, I’ve rarely done one of the full classes on your site, but I regularly take mini yoga breaks throughout the day and have really changed the way I think about movement and exercise. Thank you so much for your help!
